Lindsay seeks expressions of interest to join its international Advisory Board

Lindsay is an award-winning and independent magazine that celebrates the importance of different cultures and places around the world. It was founded in 2017 by Beth Wilkinson in Melbourne, Australia, and has since received international acclaim for its considered eye, important storytelling and global reach. In 2020, Beth launched Oak Park Studio, a creative practice that creates and publishes Lindsay while working with like-minded individuals and organisations internationally on custom client projects.

About Lindsay

Lindsay is stocked in twenty-five countries in stores such as MoMA PS1 (New York), Tate Modern (London), Gucci Garden (Florence), Ofr (Paris), The Whitney (New York), Daikanyama T-Site (Tokyo) and NGV (Melbourne). It has published high profile interviews with Italian director Luca Guadagnino, Oscar-winning composer Ryuichi Sakamoto, Cannes-winning Lebanese filmmaker Nadine Labaki and NASA astronaut Stephanie Wilson. It has published stories by both emerging and esteemed contributors worldwide on topics such as the Dunghutti language, the Bengali renaissance, Japan’s Ama divers and beekeeping in Morocco. It has received global media attention, including features on Monocle 24, Freunde von Freunden and It’s Nice That, the latter saying it was “causing a whirr on the independent magazine circuit”. Since launching, Lindsay has established a loyal and engaged readership and has hosted sell-out events in both Melbourne and New York working with the likes of Gucci, Aesop, Mara Hoffman, Heide Museum of Modern Art, ACMI and Brae in print and real life.
